2026 BYD Atto 2: Full specs detailed for budget electric small SUV

Full Australian specifications for the 2026 BYD Atto 2 have been detailed ahead of a November 13 launch date for the all-new small electric SUV and the smaller Atto 1 electric hatchback.

Pricing is still to be revealed, but the compact Chinese electric SUV is tipped to start from the low- to mid-$30,000 bracket for the entry-level Dynamic variant, and to extend into the high-$30,000s for the higher-spec Premium flagship.

Both variants draw upon the same electric drivetrain, incorporating a 130kW/290Nm electric motor on the front axle, fed by a 51.3kWh Blade LFP battery pack. Claimed WLTP driving range is 345km.
